About product delivery and shipping fees

Shipping

If the total purchase amount is 5,400 yen (tax included) or more, shipping will be free.
If the total amount of your purchase is less than 5,400 yen (tax included), please note that a shipping fee of 500 yen (tax included) will be charged for delivery by courier, and 300 yen (tax included) for mail delivery (delivered to your mailbox) will be charged for each delivery address.
Shipping is free for all regular purchases.

About shipping methods

Products are delivered by courier or mail (delivered to your mailbox). Products delivered by mail may also be delivered by courier depending on the number of items and the items included.
If you choose to have your order delivered by mail, you cannot specify a delivery date and time or use cash on delivery.

Delivery to a location other than the registered address

You can also specify a delivery address other than the address you registered when purchasing a product. When purchasing, click the [Register a new delivery address] button to register your delivery address. If you have already registered a different delivery address, you can edit it by clicking the [Edit delivery address information] button. You can also register/change your delivery address from My Page "Delivery Address Registration". *Please note that there are some facilities to which delivery is not possible.

Regarding product returns and exchanges

We take every precaution when shipping products, but in the unlikely event that a defective product, incorrect product, or missing item is found, please be sure to contact us by email or phone within 8 days of receipt to request a return or exchange. Note: * Returns made after the specified period or without contact may not be accepted. * Please enclose the item and invoice when returning the product.

If you wish to skip or cancel your next delivery of your regular delivery course, you can do so from your My Page under "Confirm/Change Regular Delivery Course."

About points

About points

At the Butterfly Pea Online Shop, you will receive valuable points with every purchase. You can check your points on your My Page.

Earn points

When you shop at the Butterfly Pea Online Shop, you will automatically receive 1 point for every 100 yen (excluding tax) of the product price. (Decimal points are rounded down.) Purchases made at any other store than Butterfly Pea Online are not eligible.

Use points

1 point = 1 yen and can be used for purchases of 1,000 yen or more (tax included). If you would like to use points when shopping, check "Use points" under "Use points" and enter the number of points you would like to use.
